The fundamental objective of Fluidmaster ltd. is to develop, manufacture and sell quality products that meet the needs and demands of the market, provide the company with long-term business success, the owners with safe investments and our employees with a safe and attractive work environment. For this purpose, we constantly update our product lines and provide for environmentally friendly, humane and productive working environment.

Our integrated quality control is in accordance with the current methods and international system standards, and we especially appreciate the following principles:
  • The quality of our products and services is at the level of the quality of products and services of the successful, internationally recognised, well-established and market-oriented competitors;
  • In assessing the quality of products and services, the opinion of customers is of crucial importance, so the products meet the needs and demands of the market and meet the expectations of customers;
  • Each product is in compliance with domestic and international regulations and standards, safe for use, reliable in operation, aesthetically designed and environmentally sound;
  • The lifespan of products is not shorter than that of the same products on the global market, as is the level of quality of servicing and other services;

  • We have implemented an efficient troubleshooting system, while new and repeat errors are prevented systematically. The study of causes enables effective solutions;
  • Achieving prudently selected business objectives is continuously monitored, anomalies eliminated, and improvements introduced to ensure continuous quality improvement in all areas of business.
  • All non-compliances related to quality are coordinated and solved quickly, at lower cost and with the aim for suppliers and customers to establish and nurture good partnership relations;
  • We achieve and maintain the required quality of products and services through continuous education, targeted training, developing the creativity of individuals, teamwork and proper motivation of all employees of Fluidmaster ltd.;
  • The management of Fluidmaster ltd. is responsible for the planning, implementation and effectiveness of the quality management system, the services and departments for achieving quality objectives in their respective fields and every employee for the quality of their work.
