Fluidmaster Receives the Economic Achievement of the Year 2025 Award
We are proud to announce that Fluidmaster has received the prestigious Economic Achievement of the Year 2025 award, presented by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS) – the country’s leading business institution, which has been promoting excellence, entrepreneurship and competitiveness for more than 175 years.
The award is granted to companies that achieve outstanding economic and entrepreneurial results and make a meaningful contribution to the development of the business environment and society as a whole. Key evaluation criteria include long-term performance, quality of leadership, innovation and a positive impact on the local and broader environment.
Formal Award Ceremony
The award was ceremonially presented to Fluidmaster on January 10, 2026, at the "Cave castle" in Postojna, and was accepted on behalf of the company by CEO Aleksandar Bogunović. The event took place within the framework of Radio 94’s traditional event Ona ali ON – Dejanje leta (She or He – Act of the Year), which has been highlighting individuals and organizations that shape life in the region since 1995.
The evening’s keynote speaker was the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia, Urška Klakočar Zupančič, who emphasized the importance of giving, responsibility, and perseverance in society and the economy in her address. The cultural and musical program was enriched by performances from Gregor Ravnik, Omar Naber, Balkan Boysi, and Fantje spod Šilentabra, and the event was opened with a welcoming performance by the Postojna Brass Band 1808.
The event provided an opportunity to meet with leading representatives of the Slovenian economy, politics, and public life, as well as to exchange experiences and strengthen business connections. The presence of Robert Anderson-Schoepe, co-owner of Fluidmaster, further emphasized the significance of the award and confirmed the company’s role in both the international and local business environment.

The award also reflects Fluidmaster’s strategic focus on long-term development and value creation within the local environment. The consolidation of European operations at a modern location in Prestranek marks an important milestone in the company’s development and a meaningful contribution to regional growth.

Upon receiving the award, Managing Director Aleksandar Bogunović emphasized that entrepreneurs are often separated from success by “just a little more perseverance and courage,” and encouraged continued development and ambitious goals.
12 Years Together in Slovenia
